At Frank H. Dale, we are proud to support the local community and the people who make it thrive. Through our initiatives in community sports, apprenticeships, and employee volunteering, we aim to create a lasting positive impact across the area.

We are extremely proud of our employees who volunteer their own time to support community organisations such as sports clubs, youth groups, and other local initiatives. Their dedication reflects the values that drive our company both inside and outside the workplace.

The local cricket pitch, owned by Frank H. Dale, is provided rent-free for use by the local cricket club — supporting recreation and community spirit.

As a major local employer, we are committed to the personal and professional development of our team. We offer individual training programmes for employees who wish to explore new career paths within the business. Several of our apprentices are currently completing bespoke training plans, with some working towards university degrees alongside their day-to-day roles.

We also maintain strong partnerships with local schools and colleges, offering valuable work experience opportunities for young people and fostering mutual benefit through shared learning and collaboration, which allows us to identify and nurture future talent.

Finally, ensuring the use of our local supply chain — with some relationships spanning over 40 years — is extremely important to us and our community.
