About the Role
We’re offering an exciting IT Apprenticeship for someone passionate about tech. You’ll gain hands-on experience while studying towards a recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st-line IT support to users
- Log, prioritise, and track incidents
- Assist with hardware repairs and installations
- Perform routine system maintenance

- A genuine interest in IT
- Willingness to learn and problem-solve
- Good communication and organisation skills
