By using the latest design software and fully integrated Tekla 3D modelling system we are able to develop a model that gives visual design and detailing information at every stage. From this we produce material lists and generate CAM data in readiness for downloading directly to our CNC controlled production machinery.
Close electronic interfaces with our supply chain also ensure that incoming material deliveries support our production programme and allow for controlled ‘just in time’ deliveries to site.
