The local cricket pitch is owned by Frank H. Dale and is rent free to the local cricket club.

As a major employer we also offer individual training programmes to members of our team who wish to redirect their career within our business. We currently have several apprentices who are undergoing personal bespoke training, with some working towards university degrees alongside their day-to-day roles.

We enjoy close links with local schools and colleges with the mutual benefit of providing opportunity of work experience for young people.

We are also support and are very proud of our employees who volunteer their own time to outside organisations such as sports clubs, youth groups, etc.
